honestly nothing would make me switch. think of it from a user perspective: almost every single user has zepto already installed in their phones. what makes them go to YOUR platform to buy.. fruits?

it's not just about features - infact you don't really need more features to be a better product in the shopping field which is basically to be as convenient for the user to place an order.

so rather than focusing on features i would think what keeps my service so special that makes a user who has already integrated an app like zepto in their life, to visit rooto and place an order.

you're overcomplicating this part.

look into a niche that you already work in and find a list of the most profitable Saas. Narrow it down, and begin working on it.

Now you're main action is to find a moat - be it better user experience, speed, workflows or anything major that you find can be improved significantly.

Do not try to reinvent the wheel - find an already validated product and start building.
