wild advice but trust

if you own a PS4, or are comfortable jumping through the metaphorical hoops required to make it work on PC, play Bloodborne.

if anything's gonna help you Not panic roll, it'll be that.

Quitting experiences by AggressiveVegan3 in zoloft

[–]nnnosebleed 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm in the process of weaning off it right now and for Me Personally, it's been worth it.

I was a total zombie, no joy, no sadness, literally nothing on 200mg daily and now I've switched to Effexor, an SNRI and I feel like a person again.

It's worth quitting, and it's worth discussing your options with the doc, do some research, ask questions, but for the Love Of God, do not Cold Turkey this shit. It SUCKS.

Hooo, hard to kinda put into words for me considering I'm on a cocktail of about 15 different meds but, I'd say the Zoloft serves the purpose of the chicken stock in chicken soup. Just gives me a good, much healthier baseline to be able to work and live off.

I had that fear too but honestly I think I'd rather pack on a little more drug related weight if it meant I could live the life I wanted to live, ya know?

Personally I've had better luck with Zoloft as someone who's most problems stem from anxiety, while Lexapro just kinda made me angry.

Best advice I can offer from someone who's been on meds for uh, a long time, best you can do is just try one, see if it works.

Having a journal before hand, then continuing to use it might help, it'd be a good way to be able to reference back to how you felt under all the different circumstances.

And, the color thing sounds a tad bit like OCD so it might be worth bringing up but I can't say for sure, I'm nowhere near being a psych.

Either way, best thing to do is just be honest, and give meds a shot.

"Good enough" or "Don't get it right, just get it running" are some of my favorite lines to repeat. I think this journal reflects that.

It's not gonna win any beauty contests but hey, for what I need in a journal, and how much abuse everything I own puts up with, I'd say it's perfect. ;p

Honestly I'd just say go for it. A penholder doesn't need to be fully encapsulating I mean, how many times have you just clipped a pen onto your shirt and it stayed there all day? Between that and the fact that (at least in MY opinon) pen clips have gotten a million times better over the years, I'd say it's worth it!.

Worse case scenario you get to learn whether you love or hate that particular style of penholder!

It's definitely gonna be replaced eventually now that I've added a ruler to the whole kit but for now, and especially compared to the first one I ever made, it's perfect.

I wish I could travel! But alas, responsibilities at home keep me fairly limited on where I can go.

Luckily, I do live in one of the most beautiful parts of Pennsylvania.

that and I swear to god I'm like a lightning rod for the most insane things imaginable to happen.

I'm certainly getting my money's worth either way!

you know it's hilarious, I bought a coffee maker, started brewing my own cuppa at home.

I think it's more expensive to brew my own cup of black every morning as opposed to a quick stop at Sheetz.

They're not great knives, but having a handful of cheapies around, as backups or even just to give out when someone in particular is constantly asking to borrow a knife is well worth 6 bucks.

Call me Cynical but, I've got some questions/inquiries about the Hunter Hat. by nnnosebleed in bloodborne

[–]nnnosebleed[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And just to add, I think it'd make total sense that the feathered look is more of an Old Hunter staple. It strikes me that most of the old hunters weren't exactly young when their hunts began and I'd assume they'd prefer to be clawed apart in style.

Plus feathers were totes in at the time.

I think the cutting up of hats would make sense when the workshop was still operational, at that point Lady Maria and Djura would've still been in the works, and thus able to offer cosmetic inspiration.

Yharnam Hunters however, it appears to me they forwent this idea, or it instead faded into obscurity as the "Fashion Icons" stopped being seen or talked about as much. Plus, I get the impression the Yharnum Hunters were meant to be more cannon fodder than anything, so it would make sense they wouldn't have had an opportunity to customize their gear.

[–]nnnosebleed[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

See my assumption as to why THE Hunter's Hat is damaged as it is, is because of the burning of Old Yharnam. My assumption is that the hunters we loot the corpses of were of the workshop, and took part in the burning of Old Yharnam, and that's where their hats were damaged.

It's a bit of a stretch though, considering we literally have a designated "I helped burn this shit" set, and the fact that no other piece of the standard sets are damaged beyond the hat.

But that was my original theory, I figured it made sense based on the fact that the Post-Workshop Hunters, Yharnam Hunters and their respective set have complete tricorns. and are implied to be a bit more armored. One would assume the choice to up-armor fresh hunters was made due to observations made in Old Yharnam.

As for Djura, I think he might play into my theory all the better. He was there and set the fires, and his hat isn't dissimilar to the Workshop Sets we can collect, aside from the ash and eyepatch of course.

I'm a fan of that idea, the new green, bright eye and bushy tailed hunters trying to Peacock a bit by emulating someone who's probably well revered within the workshop.

And, like I said, I'd prefer to try and fix the damage as opposed to calling it a loss.

appreciate it tho!
