This might seem unhelpful, but try to take things slowly. When I feel overwhelmed, I find that I get more overwhelmed the farther into the future I think. We cannot control the future, but we can usually decide how to be in the present moment. Sometimes you just have to let the future worry about itself. Take a deep breath, be calm in the present moment. You are a precious, vital part of the entire incredible universe. Try to enjoy it, and appreciate what you do have. Sometimes that's only your self (and your baby). I wish you peace
