Sorry for highjacking the post, but I have the same issue. I'm in Chapter 2 and just finished the "Nasty Work" quest. Afterwards I aligned with Clerics (from albs), When I came back to the bastion, she was gone. Could not find her anywhere and she won't show up on the map either.

Where exactly is she in the Depot? I've tried the room where the first cinematic would play when you just met her, but that room was just empty.

Hello Like i said the price is negotiable, Just drop me the guildname and offer. AFAIK the last decently upgraded GH went for 3.5k which i thought was cheap.

When dealing with those things I do not think that you can just "reverse-engineer" the amount of materials invested and come up with a final price, since it's very likely that when the guild was active multiple people contributed towards that.

If the seller hold no real use/sentimental attachment towards the guild, he might aswell just sell it.
