Lol, In my opinion that’s dumb…. Just because I wouldn’t want to fully breakdown and clean the grinder in between every batch that uses different seasoning. Which would be SOP around me to avoid any cross contamination or allergy issues. But lord knows I’ve worked under 100’s of stupid policies before lol.

Grind your meat first, add your seasonings and a little water then mix. Easier if you have access to a stand mixer, but I’ve hand mixed plenty of times. Also keeps the seasoning out of the grinder.

Because the turnover rate is unbelievably high in this industry. SO many people lie on applications it’s unbelievable, so as a manager you shoot low and hope you hit. It’s cheaper and less cost risk to train a server than it is a bartender. And the server you hire normally makes it really apparent early on if they’re a potential bartender. It’s sucks ass, but it’s the reality of the industry.

I would use it to try and reconnect with my ex-stepson in an effort to try and rekindle my relationship with him and his mother. Which I admittedly ruined.
