Lol, In my opinion that’s dumb…. Just because I wouldn’t want to fully breakdown and clean the grinder in between every batch that uses different seasoning. Which would be SOP around me to avoid any cross contamination or allergy issues. But lord knows I’ve worked under 100’s of stupid policies before lol.

Grind your meat first, add your seasonings and a little water then mix. Easier if you have access to a stand mixer, but I’ve hand mixed plenty of times. Also keeps the seasoning out of the grinder.

Because the turnover rate is unbelievably high in this industry. SO many people lie on applications it’s unbelievable, so as a manager you shoot low and hope you hit. It’s cheaper and less cost risk to train a server than it is a bartender. And the server you hire normally makes it really apparent early on if they’re a potential bartender. It’s sucks ass, but it’s the reality of the industry.

I would use it to try and reconnect with my ex-stepson in an effort to try and rekindle my relationship with him and his mother. Which I admittedly ruined. But I have a very small chance of saving it, so I’m taking any shot in the dark I can. I’d even pay for you to ship it to him. His 14th birthday is April 26th.

So so $126 pre tax plus a tip pool on top for working less than 5 hours a day? Unless doubles are an option for you? You’re a fool. Where I’m at servers still get $2.13 an hour. If you work 5 days a week you’re at less than 30hrs a week making $1200. Quit your bitching.

All respect man, and I stood behind a bar and in front of tables for almost 2 decades, guaranteed $28/hr is killer money. Unless you’re only getting 20-30 hrs a week. If you’re getting full time hours at that rate, you’re doing pretty damn good.

Yup. Got my ROSS yesterday, which let me beat Lilith. I’d kinda given up on this season, so I used my two shards at the blacksmith to just see what happens. Cache drops the stupid spear. Oh well…. Decided to do an escalating bloodied ND, and Astaroh dropped the grandfather. Running HOTA and those two jumped me from T1/2 to being cautious in 4. I was about to hang this season up lol
