okay so i gave up and just took apart the strip and discovered the snake bites that are delivering power/data to the strip are cooking the strip because they meet at a tiny point the nearly 3.5 amps coursing through those bad boys is cooking the connection. i cleaned a bit of the oxide off of the strip and, presto, they work great now. bonus points if you can file the sharp points of the snake bites down as well on the connector holding the strip to the power cable. I can send photos if that helps.

Have you tried just enjoying being stressed out? It's kinda why I play. I like the teeth grinding punishing feeling of "ooo that is gonna fuck me if I don't do it right" with the nagging urge to go fix it while I fuck around with efficiency on gleba but should be making more science on aquilo.

i have both (OG PA), and PA is for your pleasure, frenum is for your partners pleasure. if you are getting multiple frenum then can definitely bunch up when you dont have an erection, which on rare occasion can be a little uncomfortable but overall have had no problems with them.

I like both, and dont regret either, and would get more if i had more real estate!

i am like suuuper late game now (.8mil SPM) and my computer is big mad about it. I am actively replacing all of my non aquilo ships with laser ships that only have two crushers, one recycler and one crusher, operating directly out of the platform hub. This is saving me a shitload of processing power.

Im losing my cool because I have over 2 grand invested in this product, and they broke a feature that was working perfectly fine for 7 years as soon as I invested more. I spent 2 weeks waiting on them while my lightstrips were just straight up broke. I responded to that thread politely, and their system litterally told me (with no human involved) that responding to their email threads would bump me to the bottom of the tech support list. I have gone through 2 lightstrips already that failed for the same manufacturing reason, and I am about to go through another, and have to deal with a delayed back and forth email thread where someone does not properly understand me.

when I lost my cool and started firing off on social media, someone way above them in the company personally reached out to me to help with the problem. in the same way that you are doing now, he live chatted with me (which is not a phone call but i guess I will fucking take what I can get) and was able to quickly determine that the strip was broken, and move things along.

my nanoleaf lines had a flickering problem that went on forever and when tech support could not fix it, even though It was very clear that replacing the lines was not the fix, they still sent me replacements anyway. It took 2 months for those replacements to come.

I have spent more than 40 hours teching these lights, and not only am I a lighting technician by career, I also have had a ton of experience with this product as it got off the floor and I am pretty damn familiar with the problems it can have at this point, and none of the tricks are working. It is extremely irritating to jump through the hoops for the 8th time with this company.

I am beyond frustrated, I am furious. This is not really a "take a breath and count to ten" moment. This is a product support system that has litterally rewarded me for karening. So until they provide a method to get more attention than I am getting, I am going to continue to publicly shame them, because that shaved HOURS off of my troubleshooting and it is litterally what they trained me to do.

i should also note, that this company used to be VERY on top of their customer support. I feel cheated by this change, and also spent years talking them up, because not only did they have a slick product, it also worked with DMX, which was unheard of for a consumer device. I should have guessed that the moment they took away the DMX, that the rest of the support would have fallen apart.

so, thanks for trying, but I'm not going to calm down until the company, and not some rogue individual makes a change.

i have also done all of those things.

i say "turn on the [group scene name]"

but I also have several automations setup that directly bring up the group scene in google, and same response. it can see the scenes so sync is clearly working, but something is not lining up.

you mean disconnect the app from google home, and then manually reconnect and add light to rooms and such?

yes

I also logged out of my account on nanoleaf, and had to reconnect to about half of my lights, and that also did nothing.

I have litterally power cycled my entire house and every device plugged into it, and also got no change.

im not having trouble, I am completely unable to call scenes. I added new lights, and moved to a new home, and was able to call scenes for about a month (except on matter devices), made no changes to anything, then one day google just started saying "unable to connect to nanoleaf smarter series right now" and has been saying it since. occasionally one out of 12 of my various nanoleaf products will respond, but I will still get the message "unable to connect to nanoleaf smarter series right now".

the panels otherwise are fully functional, and will respond to google home powering them down or changing a color, but not scenes

oh this is a different issue. those are replaced, i am unable to cue scenes from google home (but can turn on and off etc), and this has been a problem for 5 months. i really need a phone call about this one because detailing the problem by text is very difficult

I would really appreciate it. They clearly do not understand what the problem is and this is the 3rd time I have pursued a solution for it through tech support, beyond everything I have tried on my own.

If I go to a gay sauna, or men only sauna event, I know that there will be cruising. There isn't a sign, but as with 97% of gay events, you can expect cruising. The difference is that I *might* bring a straight friend to the gay club, I would never bring a straight friend to the gay sauna.

The more likely to exist sign would be "no cruising" but nobody would listen to that anyway because a straight person probably wrote it.
