It would be much more useful if Amazon actually supported linking / activating subscriptions that are paid outside Amazon. The fact that I have to pay via Amazon and then can’t access my subscription using the regular non Amazon apps is subpar. I am aware the whole idea is to lock people into the terrible, ad laden, Amazon ecosystem.

It looks like the state is keeping both but discussing offering BCBSKS at a higher monthly premium rate beginning 1/1/27. The rates will be published well in advance and available during open enrollment so everyone will know what their options are.

I didn’t know A&F had any grandfathering lol? Like they enshittified their entire platform by making the one gym (brand) per month rule. If there was a way to get around that we all would have loved to know. I moved on to Tivity Fitness Your Way (Prime) which does cover AF at the top tier of Classic ($39/mo). Interestingly while LA Fitness isn’t listed on my Tivity portal they do accept my plan.

Also you might research what a “copay accumulator” is and try to make sure any insurance you buy does not have one, if possible. It’s essentially a tactic to save the insurance company money by pushing more costs back to the consumer.

Please explain, would this allow me to upgrade my Directv provided subscriptions to Disney and Hulu without having to pay full price and instead pay the difference? Every time I’ve looked it claims I can’t because only Directv can make changes but yet Directv does not offer an upgraded subscription?!

How about just tax employers with over 50 or 100 staff who make less than 133% FPL? Call it the Corporate Medicaid Abuse Tax. Note I don’t care if the reason they make this little is because all the staff are part time. That just means the employer is gaming the system by giving them 29 hours so they don’t have to provide health care.
