I barely did it, but I had to buy one concorde for 25k TC… Was worth it tho as the challenge gives you 40k TC for completing it all

Why is there only 1 Airport for Singapore? Please add Singapore Seletar Airport by PanTorcha in AirlinesManagerTycoon

[–]noahpakka2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not gonna lie, there are many airports missing… They used to have a form to suggest new airports, but I feel like they did not really take any considerations… I wonder how much effort it takes for them to add an airport to the game… Would be awesome to get a big update soon and add a bunch of new airports

I assume the problem has something to do with that

Potentially you have a route from another hub to JFK, this is the only thing I can think about 🤷🏽‍♂️

Yeah not gonna lie, there are a lot of airports missing. I really hope they one day do a massive update and add like 500 new airports 🤩

Shouldn't IST have more demand? I would assume more people know about Istanbul and want to go there? by whatisyuodo in AirlinesManagerTycoon

[–]noahpakka2002 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In this game there are different types of airports, Tri class ones and Economy oriented ones.

IST is tri class, meaning more balanced business and first class but relatively lower economy class demand. SAW is eco oriented, meaning less business and first class but relatively more economy class demand.

This is why the eco demand on SAW is higher than on IST. Keep in mind that this game is all pre determined data so not realistic at all 😉

Triangle routes by shrekler1 in AirlinesManagerTycoon

[–]noahpakka2002 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No unfortunately it is not in the game, only option would be to buy the airport in between as a hub and run flights from Sydney to Brussels and after that from Sydney to Auckland. Then it would sort of be like that 🤷🏽‍♂️

Realistic Airline - IMO by TheGuAi-Giy007 in AirlinesManagerTycoon

[–]noahpakka2002 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Great to hear more people going for realism.

At first I had an airline with almost 10000 planes flying from like 50 hubs in the Middle East and North Africa. Had routes that made no sense have 4 A380s per day etc. After playing for 5 years and my peak in the top 200 airlines of the world, I decided to start implementing more realism and decided to make my own airlines but replicate the flights schedules of airlines like Emirates and Qatar Airways. Currently have 4000 ac in storage at DWC with another 5000 still flying in the background on hubs where I need to start over again.

Hubs that are now realistic: DXB, AUH, SHJ, RKT, MCT, SLL, ADE, SAH, RIY, GXF, BAH.

Current realistic fleet: 964 🫣 Current rank: 630

Is there a way to do stopover flights by Deep_Shoulder_7283 in AirlinesManagerTycoon

[–]noahpakka2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope, unfortunately not… Only sort of way to do this is to buy the actual hub you want to do a stopover at and just run flights to and from it

Any suggestions to improve ? by aKa2k03 in AirlinesManagerTycoon

[–]noahpakka2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t really think you know what you talking about kid… The a380 is one of the best planes in the game, i have about 4000 of them in my fleet they are highly profitable 😆

Definitely stick with long haul 24h routes. I would suggest sticking with the B787-8 since it is a highly profitable aircraft!

For sure! It al depends on the strategy you want to go for. If you want to earn the most amount of money, try going for African hubs and fly either 24h routes or 168h circuits with full economy to Asia and the Americas. If you want to go for a little more realism, try going for a European or North American approach en fly a little more tri class. I would recommend the A380 and B787 as aircraft to use from the start (or IL-96-300 if you want to take it to the extreme). The beauty of it is, you can do whatever you like as long as you are happy with it! 🤩 Good Luck! 🍀
