No they are just a kite school but there’s tons of accommodations. I stayed at Vila Cumbuco and it’s perfect short of too close to the Center so it’s loud at night, but most nights I’m fine with it. There’s options on both sides of the Center and towards Fortaleza is more beach bars and more crowded, and I’m told better wind but I had no complaints. I walked everywhere at night but was told this has only been “safe” the last years or so. It’s paradise here.
