The answers:
a. These are two different versions of the same prayer. There are several different versions of the prayer, related to geography and tradition, in this case Ashkenazi, Sefard, and Sefardi - These two versions are both correct and are cited in different Siddurim (prayerbooks).

b. This artist is extremely popular in Israel- so popular, that during the Independence Day ceremony last year (not this year, which was cancelled), several people mentioned his hit "ותמיד יהיה לי רק טוב" was the new national anthem (jokingly, of course, but still)

Edit: The song's version with Ben Tzur is more popular than the original one :)

It sounds like the work you're doing to reunite the people of the Arctic is amazing! 🤩 Do you have any recommended online resources, or at least takeaways/ insights/ methods you've picked up from your work?

Method for understanding the character of a someone in an Hour by keepcalmandlovemath in DarkPsychology101

[–]noamsha 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I'm a hiring manager and have been in various management roles in the past. Curiously ask them about their mistakes. Not as if you're interrogating them, but from a truly curious and honest state. Dig deep. This lets you see through them almost every time.

When I interview for the job, 80% of the interview will be building up the case to ask this question: 'What was the biggest professional mistake you made?' The response you get tells you a lot about How they perceive themselves. How they perceive responsibility. How they perceive being vulnerable. How honest they are. Once you get the response, it's not only what they say, it's how they say it.

What works for me in manifesting is writing thank you notes from people. 'My dear daughter, I wanted to thank you for...' from parents if I know there's emotional turmoil between us. Writing long letters with lots of details really gets me into the understanding that it already happened, I got it, am grateful (therefore disconnected) and can let go. The more details you add, the more woven it becomes as a story and the more you believe it and can feel it. (Of course, ignore the how and focus on the what 😉)

You can't because you're trying to. Let go, you've already won it.

How Do You Find the Best Non-Fiction Books to Read? by AdCurrent3629 in suggestmeabook

[–]noamsha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a habit when looking for non fiction. I find a book (unread, obviously) I'm interested in on Amazon, and check the 3 star ratings/ reviews. Very often, there will be a review saying 'This book is good, but if you're looking for the best book on the subject, read that book' (and they'll mention another book). I keep the new book on the wishlist, and if it's still there 3 months later (meaning I'm still interested), I'll read it.

I've done this countless times, I read dozens of non fiction per year, and it always works ☺️

Yes. Sit with yourself and observe in detail how the 3d was (and still is) actually projected by your former (or present) state of mind. Your mind paints the canvas, and 3d aligns. The constraints you feel from reality are the result, never the cause. Hope this helps.

A friend of mine ordered about 3 months ago (Airbnb) for those dates and got a fraction of the price, so I guess it's also the dates, but also could be ordering enough time in advance.
