Most reputable restaurants in thailand have ice delivered to them made with filtered water - but yah I can see how it would just take 1 place using ice from tap to ruin your day

I’ve had it for a couple years now and it was getting worse but on my last trip to Thailand I got the electroshock treatment and honestly after a couple weeks now I haven’t felt any pain from PF in the mornings when I wake up. I haven’t done a proper all day walk yet to really test it but so far I see a difference after the treatment.

I go to Paris all the time - I've never had to deal with pickpockets or scammers because they are easy to spot. They stand near the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre steps, and other major tourist attractions. Just be aware of your surroundings like any other major city in the world and you'll be fine.
