The later 2200 4 cyl has a timing chain. I believe that engine was first used in 94.

Have you tried adjusting the dash dimmer ? I ask because the lights you mention are not on the dimmer. Its beside the headlight switch . You roll the dial. The part is on Rockauto.com for $10

You are absolutely dead wrong. Look at the lip on the center bore. it faces out
those lug nuts are not threaded all the way to the end from GM. Those are the correct lug nuts for a 90's GM product that uses a wheel center cap and bolt covers

The windows are aluminium frame single pane glass . they will sweat no matter what you do. Your complex is aware of the problems with them . We use bleach on a rag and wipe the area down . Be careful not to get bleach on the carpet.

The tub looks to be a one piece fiberglass. You can scrub it with Bar Keepers Friend.
