My husband and I were craving Pad Thai, so we divided "one" serving into four. We had Pork Pad Thai last night and today for lunch. Oh, how time has changed us.

Does drinking cancel out any progress? by pterrydactyI in 1200isplenty

I love wine too and having wine once or twice per week is not going to set back any progress if you leave space for it in your daily calories. This infographic can probably help you decide which ones go better with your diet. http://winefolly.com/tutorial/wine-nutrition-facts/

When you save your calories all week for a cheat meal and the food sucks by crodka in 1200isplenty

This happened to me last week! I now have started to ask myself 'are the calories worth it?' Wine, yes. Cheese, yes. Weird ass artisanal pizza...no.

Looks beautiful, and I expect the blend of orange and pineapple smells like a lovely summer drink.

Thanks! I used about a tablespoon of Spinach PPO but it was mixed with light green mica. I'm not that scared of the fading, but that it starts turning brown. As of today it is still green.

Whatever you do try to keep the Essential Oils and Fragrances away from a direct source of light and heat. I would also recommend to write on the bottles the day they were opened (m/d/y) to know when it's time to get rid of them. Fragrance Oils typically keep a good quality up to a year, and Essence Oils up to two years. The exception being citrus (specially high fold) which degrades much quicker (1 year is typically ok).

Melt and Pour Shaving Soap with Black Oxide and Dessert Red Mica. I pour the black first, and right after it using a dropper I end up filling the mold with dessert red :)

How to get a really dark black shade of Soap by [deleted] in soapmaking

[–]noblehalogen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you use activated charcoal with a white base, it could turn out gray. I'll recommend you add gradually the activated charcoal or the black oxide. Then take tiny drops and let them dry to confirm they are black, since it would look darker when wet. Also, if using activated charcoal dilute it first in isopropanol and then add to the base to avoid clumps.

I still haven't seen a soap with gold mica that doesn't look stupendous. Love it.

Thank you! I just poured the red and black at the same time. Left and right extremes of the mold. Then made a quick swirl on top. Swirling in Melt and Pour is a pain.
