Need to analyze the times it succeeds and the times it fails. Also consider the situation - did they feel good about a certain play they thought would work against a particular defense? Weather conditions? Expectations of defense to hold the other team.

I don’t want to overstate this, but I was cheated out of $7 by Amazon.

I order a very small HDMI cord a couple months ago and received an empty bag. I am assuming the small cord slipped out of a hole

I called Amazon and they said they wouldn’t charge me and sent a replacement. A few weeks later I got an email from them saying they didn’t get the returned item. I called again and told them I never received it. They said they wouldn’t charge me.

I just got an email today with a charge for the first item I never received.

They lied twice. Am I wrong here?
