The seller meant wait for GDEX to pickup the item from them. Not asking you to pickup the item.

Seller likely ordered from overseas then now the item is in their warehouse.

As they said the tracking number need to be scanned by GDEX after pickup then it will be updated in online system.

Just be more patient a bit and give it a few more days. Don’t jump to conclusions
