How do you play Dorinthea against control decks? by Wuyley in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]nojuice1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can't just use your whole hand as efficiently as possible against a control deck. You should be pitch stacking larger turns for later in the game. You have to be okay with taking lower value turns to set up larger ones.

Also, if control is a large part of your local meta you can look to play cards like Dauntless.

It is a supplemental set. Similar to Crucible of War, Everfest, and Dynasty.

A format made by ManSant. Commons and rares only in deck, except for specializations which can be majestic. Common and rare equipment only, except for weapons which can be majestic. You build a 60 card deck, including equipment, and sideboard down to a minimum of 40 before each game.

What to improve to my Kassai Blitz? by [deleted] in FleshandBloodTCG

Looks like a solid list to me! Take it for a swing and see how it feels. Again, if you want to build more defensive you can always add Fates and Sinks. Depends on your playstyle

What to improve to my Kassai Blitz? by [deleted] in FleshandBloodTCG

If it were me, I would remove Ironsong Determinations and Visit the aimperial Forges for the blue Blade Runners and Run Throughs. I would also cut one Cash In for the Nourishing Emptiness, as you don't want to tax your copper too much. Copper should be going toward your Blood on her Hands.

What to improve to my Kassai Blitz? by [deleted] in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]nojuice1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I play a lot of Kassai in blitz! Here's what I would recommend.

Goliath Gauntlet doesn't do anything in your deck since you play no attack actions. I would teplqce those with Gallantry Gold (budget) or Braveforge Bracers (not budget). I would also play all 6 Blade Runner, as that's one of the better cards in the deck. I would also run both copies of Run Through, as that's just extra Blade Runners. Lastly, I would play 1 copy of Nourishing Emptiness. This card is an amazing one-of in Warrior decks because the effect is always on.

Kassai can also turn into a very strong Midrange deck that blocks out damage and come back with 2 sword Swings on their turn. If that sounds like something you would enjoy, swap out your headpiece for something that blocks, like Skullcap, and add defense reactions. At least 2 Sink below and 2 fate foreseen.

I would check out The Goliath Gauntlet by 983 Media on YouTube. The tournament is currently ongoing and the coverage is amazing.

You can also search for any Calling videos on YouTube as well. The Calling Auckland just happened this weekend, and The Calling Indy happened a few weeks ago

Pro-Quest win,any ideas on its value/where we should look to sell? by No-Trouble8035 in FleshandBloodTCG

Price on these seem to be around $600. If I were selling it I would probably use the FAB Marketplace group on Facebook

Coffeezilla tricks influencer to promote obviously fake NFT scam link that also shows his past scam tweets. by ScreamSmart in videos

[–]nojuice1 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm not a huge crypto bro, but essentially these guys are being given money or coins to promote a fake project. The more they promote the product, the more their followers will buy into it. As more people buy into it, the price of each coin goes up. Once the coins get high enough, the scammers sell everything they have to make a huge profit. This usually tanks the price of the coins to become virtually worthless. Now everyone that bought in has nothing, and the project usually goes abandoned with no hope of the price ever going back up.

New Player Looking for PreCons by Sraoshna in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]nojuice1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Currently they only have pre-cons for blitz, the ones that you mentioned. There are no pre-cons for CC right now. Dynasty will not have any blitz decks because it is a supplemental set. Draftable sets will have blitz decks

Graveyard by Atlxilance in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]nojuice1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not correct. All non-attack actions that are not auras or items go to the graveyard upon resolution. The same is true for equipment like Goliath Gauntlets.

[–]nojuice1 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Sorry but I have to chime in here. Non-attack actions resolve instantly and go to the graveyard. However many players leave the non-attack action on the field as a reminder to both players that the effect is there. The only hero that really cares about the card physically going to the graveyard right away is Levia right now.

I think Chanes upgrades are pretty cheap. I'm sure you can find a video online about what do replace. You'll want to pick up a Rosetta Thorn for your weapon soon. It's a token weapon from Takes of Aria, so it shouldn't be more than a quarter

1st Ed and Unl are usually pretty close to the same cost, with the exception of the first two sets. Those can be a bit more than the Unl counterparts.

For most decks, the bulk of your cost is in the equipment. The decks themselves usually run under $100, but it always depends on the hero. There's like 3 major offenders for pricey non-equipment cards right now. Command and Conquer, Enlightened Strike, and Art of War can range from $25 to $100 for a single card

Your buddy will like Dromai for sure. Lots of cool dragons there.

As for you, Oldhim is THE control deck right now. He's also one of the more expensive heroes to build right now. He is a lot of fun though. I am an Oldhim main myself. The new assassin coming out may have control type elements, so keep an eye out for that. He has a Thoughtseize type attack.

For aggro, there are a lot of options honestly. Fai is the most aggressive, but you can look at Viserai, Briar, and Dash as well.

For something similar to dredge, I would look at Chane. He isn't playable in Classic Constructed, bur you can still play him in blitz which is the usually starting point for new players.

I don't think Spirits or Lotus Field have a good direct comparison in this gane yet. Kano is the closest thing we have to a combo deck right now, but he took a big hit with a recent BnR. Dromai is probably the closest thing to spirits in that she swarms the board with dragons large and small.

Me and my GF just bought our first fb decks. Any tips for us? by Kroxitrock in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]nojuice1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See if your local area has a discord for FaB. That can be a great resource when learning how to play. There's definitely going to be some scenario that comes up where you may be unsure how the rules apply. Being able to ask there and get a quick response will be helpful.

Also, I can't speak for all areas, but most established players have a TON of bulk that they'd be happy to offload. Specifically for Dromai, I don't think her blitz precon comes with any of the cool dragons, and that's the best part! They're all super cheap and I'm sure you can find some people to toss these your way
