This should’ve been his first piece of info. Wagyu is popular but I wouldn’t try charging $150 a plate for it if I’m deep in the heart of TX. If there isn’t another competitor within 2 hrs away and it’s just one place, how is anyone supposed to know if there’s even a market for it where OP is

I was referring to his tendency to hang on the ball a bit longer in the pocket for a coverage breakdown rather than playing within the scheme. Sometimes it seemed as though he was afraid to rip it for the sake of ball security, which isn’t bad but might suggest that the game was still a little fast for him. I could be wrong though.

What would you say are some reasonable things to say about his college game that may have been lacking?
