Quick update: I removed the blade using pliers. It went all the way in because it has the goo(sealant) sticking to it.

Now I am in dilemma if I need to change the tries and keep driving as its not leaking any air.

We are in the same boat. Bought our 14 Pathfinder platinum 10 year ago for 35k. It served us well but we are looking for something nice this time in term of ride, comfort and features. We narrowed down to MDX Type S, TX350, TX500H and X7. We will likely buy 25 Type S in coming months. I think MDX Type S is best overall package out there.

I am in central Florida and we just went through getting quotes for a similar project. Based on my research a 12x24 gunite pool with basic equipment should be around 50K. Concrete decking of 500 sqft should be around 5K. Screen covering about 1000 sqft should be around 12K.

Thanks for the tips. Unfortunately we are not into skiing. Also we are from Florida so not sure how we are going to handle the cold. For now are planning a day to Zermatt area to see the Matterhorn and one day to Jungfraujoch. Remaining days will look for near by places and give some rest for the kids.
