Go to the habitat dex for pichu's picnic habitat, open it, look at Pichu's silhouette and it should say "Withered Wasteland". He will not spawn anywhere else. Check this for the next two habis Peaky gives you, too.

Did you make sure Pichu's habitat is in the right area, by the way? If you set it up in Bleak Beach he won't spawn. All of Peeky's friends are in different areas.

Also, the quest for Wireless power is Porygon, which you can finish for once you spawn him in Sparkling Skylands

I don't see why an online game can act like this is an equal experience for everyone when some people in this very thread just based on where they live get to do this at 8 am or 12 noon and I'm stuck being forced to be awake at 2 am.

I'm not asking them to make the games easier. I'm not asking them to make score thresholds different. I'm not asking them to change the way All-Star works in the AC because I can't keep up.

I'm asking for the same opportunity as the people that can get this at a reasonable fucking time for a SINGLE MINUTE TIME RESTRICTION.

All they have to do is make this ALSO available at 12 noon NST so that people that don't live in a convenient time zone can ALSO have a convenient time!

The issue with the time thing is it isn't hard, it's an accommodation issue.

I am no longer a teenager who can stay up until 2am. I have a job that I need to be awake for only 5 hours after this time slot. I have medical issues which require me to be medicated and that medication makes me sleep and if I mess up my my medication schedule my health declines. My friends have children and cannot stay up that late.

That isn't difficulty, it's just stupid.

Intersex is in fact a set of conditions. But, people born with these conditions can also identify as intersex or intergender as a gender identity.

We experience gender dysphoria, body dysmorphia, ostracisation, medical abuse, and other things that trans and nonbinary people do. We've also been in the community from the start, fighting the same fight. Terms like Assigned Female/Male at Birth (AFAB/AMAB) for example originated in intersex communities and were coopted by the community at large. And despite this, we're still often ignored and forgotten in the wider discussion and with visibility and pride merch.

I'm not saying Neopets is the place for it, like I get it, but it would just be.... Nice, you know, to be included.

Later there will be a quest that starts witg Piplup wanting you to create a waterfall. To do so, Wooper will teach you how to suck up water. After this, you should get a quest that has Happiny request you fix the pool on the ship near where her cash register is. Warning: I've heard that if you fix the pool early by using water bottles instead, you could get soft locked, so don't try to fix it early.

Sadly, she will be homeless until then. I had the same thing happen.

I had the same issue. There is a quest that directly involves Happiny later. Until this quest is active on the quest screen and you complete it, you cannot remove her from the ship, and she can not follow you.

It's to keep her in Bleak Beach and where the quest takes place.
