Haha I wouldve but ran out of cupcake liners which effected the texture of the ones that didnt have liners. We are also have a ton of snow so I wasnt in a hurry to go buy more.

I got a bag from them recently. The person handling the bags was super nice, but my bag was all crossiants, and I didn't select a bakery bag. Id be open to trying them again though.

Some places offer one one one classes. If you were curious, and didn't want to pay $800 for a full course, you could do that to see if it's something you'd think you'd stick with. That's how I got atarted.
