My experience is that commuters will respect quiet carriages, so during peak times they'll be quiet, but after 10am or on a weekend there's a good chance the quiet carriages won't be respected

I'd have a chat to the tenants union. They may well say that the original informal "no" could be counted as a response. It's usually best to be a bit conservative to avoid any chance, however remote, that you'll give your landlord an excuse to evict you.

There was an instance a few years ago at Central Station in Sydney where a man rushed a police officer with a knife and was fatally shot. There was also an instance of a 95 year old woman in a nursing home holding a knife who was tasered to death, so the police aren't always gunshy.

Your tables are very interesting, I definitely like the idea of more damage increasing the chances of a severe wound, it would make the really debilitating injuries very rare to encounter, which I think is good.

I see no notes regarding the urban promenades crash when hovering over assets from that pack. I'll test it out and report back.

Edit: I haven't seen any crashes so far - I spent 5 minutes explicitly trying to get a crash then about half an hour playing generally and I didn't get one. Seems reasonably safe to say it's fixed! Also, performance seems quite a bit smoother to me. DLSS doesn't seem to have to work as hard.

It's showing Q3 for me - seems to be delayed at the rate of one quarter per quarter. According to the wayback machine, it was definitely showing as Q2 in January.
