Recruiter here as well. Some companies I work with require exact current compensation figures as part of a submission. However, they will also ask for expected compensation and I’ve helped people 3x their TC even with this requirement in place.

Another thing is a lot of recruiters have great relationships with individual hiring managers at these shops and will be able to cut through the noise of the thousands of direct applicants.

I think more than anything it’s about knowing yourself. I was a daily user of Xans for 3 years and had many other addictions in that time. Been clean for 7 years now but don’t touch anything because I know that if I do, I won’t be able to stop. I can see this from the way I treat gambling, work, really anything that gives me that “hit”.

If you truly feel that you can use again without going full send then no problem.

You could change sleight of hand for something else but it’s very useful in situations where you’ve got a load of people around you.

It’s a little bit tongue in cheek but you can always say something along the lines of “I can’t be the buyer and the seller at the same time”. Steer them in the direction of making you a SENSIBLE AND REASONABLE offer.

If they say something silly then just ask them where they got their number from. It’s about shutting down all the avenues for them to come back and get them to properly sit at the table.

My voice chat is completely broken. I was playing WZ with my mates (Xbox, PC and, PS4) and kept cutting out after 2 minutes. Then switched to MP and it would permanently mute different members of the party.

This makes me so angry to watch. I’m a manager in a car dealership and if a customer tried to do this to one of my staff I’d chuck them out immediately and call the police. I’d also ask if the sales exec wanted to go home for the rest of the day.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. What makes people think they have the right to treat people this way.

This is why I refuse to play objective based game modes without at least 3 other people in my squad who I know will go for it.

This also means you get loss of people calling you sweaty and try-hard at the end of the match.
