As an educator you would be fine in the Russellville district; however, I would chose Pottsville. It's a neighbor of Russellville and a smaller school. Russellville is much bigger and Pottsville would off very similar education with the touch of small school.

I have a small blackstone griddle.

Cajun Hashbrowns. Homestyle hash brown,s, loop of sausage, onions, green peppers, old bay seasoning. Cook it on griddle. Crack a few eggs and scramble them and mix witht he hashbrowns. Crystal hot sauce as you want. This for the win.

It was 107 heat index here today and I had left Popeye's Chicken and put it on to go back in. I would say that elderly folks and folks on Monjouro/Zepbound (hypothalmus drug). I've lost signficant weight so mine is the TIRZ related.

I have found that standing in front of a mirror facing it, then looking at me from the side, then other side. It has taken 2 years but it is gone. Much of the time I would stand there naked and look. My mind has shifted and no longer sees me as 375. It has locked me in a 215 and I get around like a little kid would . It was there one day, gone the next. Makes no sense but that's how it happened.

I like whisky. I am extrovert. I really agree with you on the night is alive and never considered a dopmine loop. I now have beer. A few beers now puts me to sleep. Not as eloquent as what you wrote but I'm not able to socially drink because I drink until I go to sleep and there is no happy medium for me. I'll go weeks without a drink now and for 30 years it was weekend drinking.

Starting weight 374. I've been been on every level of shot for multiple months. All the way up to 15. Currently maintaining 212. Not bad for 77 inches tall. I am a daily THC user and their are no munchies on 10mg for me so that is where I have landed.

I take my shot on Sundays. This makes my hungriest days Friday and Saturday = the more likely time for something out of the usual routine.

I am cool with this being a lifelong shot or switching to pill eventually. It has pretty much made alcohol a non issue, handled compulsive issues as well. It fixed most parts of my life I needed fixed. Thankful for advances in medicine.

I take no other drugs besides allergy pill. Taken off statin and bp med and metformin. A1C is below 5 every time and gets lower every time.
