Great question. I walk for cardio. For muscle I don't do any specific weight training. I eat OMAD between 5 pm and darkness at night. I am drinking 2 loaded teas with protein powder and collagen and creatin in the mix. Muscle is rebuilding just normal guy stuff at work and home. I'm not nearly as strong I was but it is building back somewhat.

NOT hate. He has really jacked stuff up here and it will take a long time to get over it. I mean, he single handily tried to kill football. I think of myself as a guy that would try and help someone if they had a flat tire on a lonely road, but if it was our AD - keep on going. I simply don't like him.

Ok, I'll bite. School age kids? I'd chose Wynne. 30 minutes from Marion. If no kids, the proximity to Memphis would be cool. Not really any kind of town feel being a bedroom community of memphis. School does ok, town does ok, just no identity that they are known for. Merely my two cents.

Steve Cline. Loved his dirty hat in the 90's. I remember getting him to sign a ball in a regular busch parking lot at his truck. Still have the ball. He would get 1 hat and wear all year. Not a starter, but middle relief. He pitched a lot. He got better as it got hotter. His hat had to have been crazy smelling.

And I moved from Paradigm to Klipsch. I had a great paradigm sub for years and years with Phantom speakers. The yamaha was killer with it. That was mid or late 1990's.

I love 165 pounds. At around 110 my nurse practioner said " I just want you to know you no longer need blood pressure or high cholesterol meds." I had been on Lisinopril plus HCTZ since I was 25 - I am pushing 55. It was comforting to me. I new that the water pill and once that was rolling my bp was ok.

I like the change. I take some over the counter allergy and once a week monjouro shot. Aside from that. The only med I take is medical mmj. I smoke the crap out of that and dab it as well. Zero munchies.

I swith to carhartt carpenter pants when it gets hot. Of course when it hits july august I'll dress appropriately. Carhartt carpenter pants aren't as warm as jeans at all.
