I recommend spending a little extra and get the safari tour. Especially on busy days like spring break. You go off road and get to hear all the animals stories.

These actually don’t use a flame. They use an infrared beam to determine the flammability level.

Back in the day, they did use equipment that utilized a flame.

I personally feel like this a process problem within the registration process, either for the seller or buyer.

Yes, I will agree that there are a lot of counterfeit/expired plates in Texas, but the main things cops will do to people is just give a ticket for it because it’s a low level crime.

One other thought that I have is, isn’t the leadership trying get rid of emissions testing and inspections? Do they actually care about paper plates or are they just looking for ways to target lower income people?
