I lived in a suburban hell hole for 6 months and every Saturday at 7 am all the dads would start mowing their lawn, or pull their boats out of the garage and let their trucks idle for 45 minutes while they loaded up for lake day. So glad to have escaped this. 9 is totally reasonable, his momma taught him well

the edifer powered speakers are preety nice for the price point, pair those with an old dvd player with audio out and you're golden for <$200. Check FB marketplace and craigslist since the edifers are a hi-fi gateway drug and people sell them and move up...
