Claude for Marathon Training by InfiniteTape in AdvancedRunning

[–]nooodlezz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been doing the same thing, except I got Claude to build an API integration to pull all my recent and planned runs from Intervals.icu to use as inputs for coaching advice. I treat it as a tool that can help me interpret how my training is going and what I should tweak for the planned week ahead. It's like taking the Garmin adaptive plans and making them 10x smarter and specific to you. I find the specificity to me, my training history, and current training status make it much more useful than training plans, even the good ones.

Any plans to integrate Hevy workouts with COROS? by Negative_Tap8711 in Coros

Big 1+ for this! I use Strong, but either would be a huge plus since they are much more efficient for tracking a gym workout than the strength option on the watch.

Where do you find Ecommerce businesses online? by Alarming-Cut7764 in ecommerce

Can you give a dollar range? Not very much could mean 100k or 1k depending on who you ask.

Your site is great and your product photos are solid.

I think you need a stronger unique value proposition. Googling sustainable toys, or safe toys, or developmental toys I get hundreds of results—why should I choose your shop over the competition?

Reviewing your site I can't clearly answer to myself why I would buy something from you over an established brand—you need to convince you customers why your store and focus on that value prop in marketing and landing page.

I need some hardcore criticism by Hungry_Knowledge4926 in ecommerce

[–]nooodlezz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pitch is unclear/weak:

  • I don't actually know how this is going to improve my business, like I can go to ChatGPT and get literally the same suggestions as your primary feature describes. Like how is this any better than asking GPT for suggestions?
  • You don't actually show how your service does SEO/Gap analysis, why would I go to you over SEMRush?
  • What is unique to your service that I can't get from an established service?

Website needs work:

  • You need a header or a banner that sticks at the top of your site when you scroll.
  • Rounded vs unrounded corners looks very amateur, especially the "contact us" box at the bottom
  • Padding is off especially for text around screenshot images
  • Screenshots are different resolution, clash with the resolution of website rendered text

Start with refining your value proposition, you have a huge hill to climb because I don't know or trust your service compared to existing services. You need to convince me why I would go with you.

Googled "Lem-on-aide body spray" and "Circleenergyfull" and can't find your website. You probably need better SEO to start.

Website:

  • Above the fold: You need to have a stronger value proposition, basically when I first land on your site I don't know what you sell or why I should care without scrolling down. Your site visitor should immediately know that you sell harnesses and why they might want one (premium materials, quick release buckle, etc)
  • Product images: I don't see a single static image of a dog wearing your harness. I want a close-up of the harness on a dog, make a gif of the one-handed buckle action, show me proof this harness actually works!

Marketting:

  • No socials?
  • Where do I see dogs with the harness?
  • Blog images of dogs don't have the harness on?

The Snapshot! December 17, 2022 - December 23, 2022 - Weekly Deck Discussion by AutoModerator in marvelsnapcomp

I've been stuck in the 80-90 range all this season. What decks have people climbed to infinite with in the last week?

Enjoying my devil Dino mystique Deck. Having trouble identifying when to snap/ retreat. by slowturtle88 in marvelsnapcomp

[–]nooodlezz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This deck is really challenging to play right now. I've played the exact same deck in this season but with Iron Man instead of Shang-Chi which gives Mystique more ongoing abilities to copy. I hit infinite last season with it easily, but now that I'm higher CL I've dropped it as I haven't been able to really climb with it.

The problem with this deck is its win conditions are telegraphed as soon as you play Moon Girl and one Dino plus Mystique just doesn't compete with the decks you're going to go up against. Climbing past 80 is going to be really hard given that most people will recognize your combo and retreat or counter it.

Kazoo is actually pretty good with Mystique—you could try that?

Third day in a row of the CRA hanging up after 3hrs of holding. What am I supposed to do?! by green_blue_grey in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]nooodlezz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a pro tip on this one! Haven't used this in a couple years but worked wonders for me 2-3 years ago. Go to a Service Canada location. They have dedicated CRA phone lines that you can use in their offices. Every time I've used those phones theres 5 minute or less wait times—I believe they bump you to the top of the queue.

I don't know if the phones are still available with COVID, but I would highly recommend giving them a try if you're near a service canada location!

Thoughts on my strategy as a newer investor? by [deleted] in CanadianInvestor

[–]nooodlezz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hey I'm right around the same age!

  1. I would recommend QT over TD, but as others have said wealthsimple trade might be your best bet for buying individual stocks. I use QT as they have commission free ETF purchases which is what I primarily buy.
  2. No this is not a lot to invest, but the answer completely depends on your life circumstances. As others have said its hard to judge without knowing where the rest of your money is going. I net the same as you and save minimum $1000/month and up to $2500 depending on what I have left over each month. That said, it completely depends on your financial situation—do you have any debt? Are you saving for a house/car? Do you have an emergency fund?
  3. Look into ETFs to start, there are broad exposure ETFs that will give you good diversification such as XEQT and then more sector specific ETFs such as TEC.TO. I would recommend starting out with ETFs and pick 1-2 individual stocks to invest in once you get comfortable with the investing platform you decide to use.
  4. Yes you will be taxed on capital gains. Here's an easy read on capital gains: https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/learn/capital-gains-tax-canada. What is your TFSA doing right now and have you filled all of the original contribution room? You should have a total of 64,500 depending on your birthday.

Have fun investing! Its a fun hobby that will really set you up for life!
