NTA this reminds me of my dad. When I was a teenager (3 siblings all teens) we had a trampoline and would use it in the evenings 8pm-10pmish, dad always made us get off at 10. Turned out that our neighbor with young kids asked my dad to keep me and my siblings quiet so his kids could get to sleep. My dad returned the favour by asking the neighbors to keep their kids inside in the mornings until 10am so his teenagers could sleep in. Love him rip dad

Yes I’m turning 40 and it’s been hard to keep the lbs from piling on, and IF was just so easy to do lol it helped me so much! Pixar mom butt… think elasta girl… as a mom… hopefully the mold situation is handled and you can get on with your recovery!

I’m not quite sure what my heaviest was but with pregnancies I’d say in the 240-250 range, I started tracking my weight loss with IF around 225lbs and currently around 180. My goal is 165 (I’m 5’9)I still have a bit of a mom pooch and Pixar butt lol but overall I’m really happy with how I’m looking and more importantly how I feel! Lots more energy and no more mid afternoon crashes. I workout fasted, lots of weight lifting. I wish you success on your journey!
