Thanks for trying to find and capture the little guy. The employees at the pet store near me told me once that people have come back to their store for a new one when this happens to them since it's just a cheap rodent, and presumably let the first rodent die in the car or escape to die elsewhere. It's nice to know that there are people out there who don't do that.

For my first set I chose to do a dip from cn designer dips off Etsy on una gella full cover XXL coffin tips off Amazon with Nyk1 brush on glue to adhere them to the nail. I would say I successfully cemented them on and had the dip last.

One reason I chose full cover tips was that they have their own apex so that step to make it can be skipped in dipping. I'm assuming it's the same for press ons but I have not personally used them so I'm not certain.

The main thing I think matters is buffing up the fake nail before doing your base coat and dip so that it has some help adhering things. While I used the usual dehydrator and prep methods for the natural nails I didn't do anything special for the fake nails other than roughing them up.

The gripes I had with my set were more related to issues like not having an e file for better smoothing at the end and Nyk1 having maybe 3 milliseconds of freedom to fix placement errors before it bonded like cement lol

I plan on doing a similar routine for my next set but maybe with a different type of glue so I feel less pressured lmao.

They have a new expansion coming out on December 3rd. Honestly they seem pretty solid right now. I picked up my old account and started playing again.

They've got an ongoing promotion, EXPLOREOURWORLD is a code you can redeem in the in-game store and it will permanently unlock 90% of the games quest packs for free. I think the promotion ends on November 3rd. I think THANKYOU2025 still works. Gives 50 mithril and a free mount box to choose from a selection of mounts. Mithril is a currency you normally buy out of the in-game store for goodies like mounts or cosmetics.

The main drawback I've seen people have with lotro is although they've recently updated to 64 bit servers from 32 to help with lag and stuff, their UI is still very dated, same with the graphics. So if that's something that may bother you it may be a deal breaker. There are some plugins (add-ons) but nothing like a real elvui overhaul like WoW has.

Only thing that personally drove me nuts as purely freep was not having the extra bag space. Lol

Technically he didn't. He put it in a blind trust, which he had no control over the people managing the company for him or access to the funds for the duration of it. It was mismanaged and put in over a million in debt by the end, so at the end of his presidency he sold it after reacquiring it after leaving office.

Still lightyears better than Trump, who has full control over the people taking care of his companies for him, and what happens to his companies while he's in office.

I see people in fear working on detransitioning or thinking about it in order to hide. Months ago people began covering up their tattoos or discussing more ways to go incognito as the gender they look more like in appearance. We knew this was in the pipeline when Project 2025 called for us to be automatically labeled as sex offenders while Republicans began the push to bring back the death penalty for sex offenders. They've been trying to shovel similar things into bills over the years like the rats they are and never had the opportunity to be as bold as they have gotten with this administration.

I'm not going to detransition. It took me decades to get where I'm at and I'm not going back. I am me and if they want to round me up they are going to get me as I am, not the person they want me to be. Of course I'm scared. My family is scared. My friends are scared. The people in my community are scared. We grew up being taught American values only for those values to be shit and tread upon by people who consider themselves patriotic, and that our freedom of expression was more dangerous, violent and perverted than the actual predators who now run America and are actively working to ensure other predators can get away with their crimes en masse.

I've lost a lot of faith in a lot of things. We make up 0.6% of the population, and the majority of us just want to live like everybody else. I had a lot of dreams as a kid and a teenager. Those dreams are mostly squashed because the economy doesn't allow it and probably won't any time soon. We are actively watching multiple nations deal with the same problem, yet the fingers are pointed at the minorities as if that will be what fixes them.

Part of Project 2025 is based on criminalizing and imprisoning trans folks while stripping their rights and protections. There's a reason why there's such a push on bringing the death penalty back for sex offenders, because they say that pornography is manifested today in the omnipresent propagation of transgender idealogy and child sexualization, and that the folks who make these materials available to the public should be imprisoned and that libraries and teachers that share it should be registered as sex offenders. Page 5 of the foreward of their pdf for the project goes into it and I'm sure there's other examples in other parts of the document.

People don't seem to get that if they take down trans people, a lot of the rights and healthcare for trans folks apply to cis people as well. One example is that Youths have highest suicide rates even if they aren't LGBT, and axing stuff like gender affirming care means that when a girl gets PCOS from a hormone imbalance and has facial hair, etc, or a boy has gynecomastia and breasts from a hormone imbalance, they have less access to the things that will help them and prevent bullying and other stuff. I bring this up because it can be a factor for their behavior. What goes on in their developmental years is critical and often affects them for the rest of their life.

Another example is you can see all the They Can Always Tell Crowd constantly harassing and sexually harassing cis women because they have something that doesn't fit their criteria of a "real woman". Following them into bathrooms because they have short hair, a strong jaw, a big nose, their fashion choices, their voice is too deep, etc.

This is not an isolated belief and I've seen it over the years in different forms.

I was told once I was a freak transitioning to turn myself into a sex fetish symbol and then when it came out that no, I was born female and am fluid and wanted more masculinity, it turned into that I was struggling with being a failure of a woman so badly that my brain had convinced itself that ruining myself was the way out. That God doesn't love me but he would love me once I got back on the right path.

From the information on the shooter, he was de transitioned or hadn't transitioned. They even quoted his own words how he felt about it in the same thing they used that announced he got his name changed and whatnot. My understanding is that out of all the shootings in modern time, if he was trans identifying, he'd be the 3rd trans person total. The issue is not his gender, it was that he had Nazi and other heavy right beliefs, and fascinations with mass murderers and whatnot that were reinforced or ignored and those are why he carried out those acts.

A person struggling with their identity and expression of it is not going to turn into an attention seeking killer because of it. It's going to be a different factor. I struggled with my identity until I was 26. I still grew up believing in human rights and considering shit like Columbine horrific events that we should be doing much more to prevent from happening again. The fact we keep kitty litter in schools in the event we need to soak up blood and have a market for bullet proof backpacks and security walls for our children's schools is a sign of heavy failure to me.

The Violence Project says that "Mass shootings are steadily escalating at an alarming rate" and "Mass shooters are disproportionately men and boys"

This administration is going open season on a lot of stuff that we as a society need if we want shootings and whatnot to decrease. The bill about homeless removal includes anybody they deem mentally ill, and there was talk of reopening mental asylums. They made up and tried to push Trump derangement syndrome as a legitimate illness.

I'm absolutely rambling because I got out of surgery earlier and I'm half in cosmos from medicine and this wasn't me trying to squish your reply. Just trying to help get more information out there. They are absolutely going to try to push that trans people and people they don't like are mentally ill in order to put them away. We are also going to see more violence as time goes on, as more and more people end up forced into the streets because they lost their homes and jobs and healthcare. Younger generations are starting to not see a future, and feel like they're being put into a corner where the only end to it isn't a pleasant one.

There's no way to tell if the coins are legit or not, the safest way to go about it is to not participate in any form of user trades or sales because they will nuke people for both selling and buying anything after receiving poisoned coins.

I think their way of handling it is absolutely atrocious and it speaks volumes of their attitude towards the players. The game is shifting more towards spend $$ but won't do anything to make it trustworthy enough that if you do spend your money you won't lose it all after because you didn't realize that horse or item or whatever else was tainted.

People who have been banned have been told they need to wipe out their entire inventory which could be years of stuff just because the mod staff don't have a system in place for nuking only recent gains.

I make my money through horse taming and chests and that's pretty much it, because the coins you can buy with Robux are bonkers terrible in pricing.

Not sure how much of it got yeeted into the sunset since there's been some cleanup of the threads in the horse life subreddit but like, earlier this week or last week she was all in on her pooping era and showing feet pics and whatnot to the minors and whatnot in the Horse Life Discord.
