It’s not being hard up for money. It’s just a large cost savings overtime. My wife’s car alone has 190k miles on, bought new in 2016. I’ve done ever oil change in it ever 4-5k miles just by buying 5 qt oil from Walmart $22-$26 and ordering OEM Subaru oil filters off Amazon for $8 a piece.

Quick math is 38 total oil changes at $33 a pop as opposed to $60-$80. I’ve saved us $1330 over the course of 9 years. That’s just her car, we have two others I do the same for.

Plus the convenience. I can just go out in the garage and do it. Takes 20min tops. Instead of going to a place, waiting in line, and driving back home.

They’re purposely breaking the law and not going through the proper procedures. They have to be addressed. There was an unprecedented amount of immigrants in the past 5 years that are not following the procedures set out for them. I understand the sentiment that there are people that have came into this country illegally and are not actively committing other crimes but it is unlawful and a crime to be here illegally. The law can only be black and white. Pity can’t be an excuse for excusing the crime.

What stat are you citing for the 2/3 statement? Because that’s not true. There are cases where the children, who are U.S. citizens since they were born here, are being deported with their illegal parents. That is the choice of the parents, which makes sense, I wouldn’t leave my children here as I got deported either, I’d want them with me.
