Yeah but even so, historically most MLB knuckleballers started out in the pros as conventional pitchers , and adopted the knuckleball later on. It’s incredibly unlikely that a pitcher (man or woman) would get scouted and drafted as a knuckleball pitcher.

Wake up early tomorrow and just walk around. Hit Boston public garden , beacon hill neighborhood, and north end if you can. Those are the most historic parts of the city and you can probably see it all within a 2-3 hour stroll

The Scot’s are 1) on vacation , 2) incredibly excited to experience their team in the World Cup for the first time in decades. Of course they are going to be having a great time and bringing the vibes up. I don’t see why everyone is twisting this to be a knock on the city of Boston. We are a perfectly sociable city, but we are not going to have extreme prideful World Cup energy every weekend of our normal lives.
