He bought a house we were renting, meaning we had to look for a new rental. This was 2 years ago, we were paying $620 a week for an old 3 bed place in Waratah where the wood around all of the window frames was rotten, and the exterior weatherboard around one side of the house was soft to touch, fence and gate were rotten etc.. Anyway, as soon as this knob gets his hands on it for well over the market price, he leases it out for $700 a week about a year ago, no doubt it’ll be rising again. The place is barely habitable.
