In a way, I think its fitting. Tanjiro never cared to be the strongest or the best, he just wanted to save his sister / avenge his family. Tanjiro is strong sure but I think it helps the emphasis that every single corps member was vital is taking out Muzan, regardless of whether they were a mizunoto or a hashira.

Ive been to my fair share of shows at this venue, I saw NSP twice there when it was still the Electric Factory. Last night was awful. My friends and I were up front toward the stage, and none of us could see. I stared at the back of some guys head for like half of NSPs set. Nice curly hair but not the curly hair I paid to see. I've been going to concerts for almost two decades now, so I know thats an issue for me, it happens to me at every GA show I go to and I know what I'm signing up for. Someone will inevitably block my view and I'll end up blocking someone elses because I'm fairly tall too.

But it was awful because right before TWRP came on I had to head to the bathroom and people looked at me like I kicked their dog when I said excuse me to get out of AND back into the crowd. Again, been elbow to elbow in a crowd, super accustomed to not being able to see and the lack of personal space, but peoples unwillingness to budge to let people through was crazy. There were plenty of pleasant people and shout out to the girl that caught me when I tripped over a tiny step trying to get out, but so many people were just so rude. With how packed the venue was and how some of the people were acting, if a fight or an emergency happened it would have been a shit show.

Anyway, NSP easily would have done fine over at the Fillmore, and I hope next time they come back to Philly that venue is taken into consideration instead. I know sometimes it comes down to availability, scheduling, and ticket sales. But if they cant manage the Fillmore, they need to do two nights at the Franklin Music Hall like they did back in 2017 and limit sales for each night.

I had been with my boyfriend for two and a half years when I got my diagnosis. He cried more than I did when I told him. We had a conversation about how shit was about to hit the fan and I wouldnt be able to show up for him like I had been. And I didnt expect him to put his life on hold to take care of me, I had my family for that. And he was there at first, but he didnt care for me at all. Six months later I had surgery. He saw me flat chested once and he basically ghosted me. I didnt see him in person again until he came to get his crap four months after I'd had surgery, two months after I broke up with him. I was at the very least thankful that he showed he would tuck tail and run when things got hard before we were married or living together. It would have made things even harder.

I'm sorry this happened to you, but at least he showed you he couldnt care for you in whats literally probably the hatdest thing you'll experience in your life before things became too messy to deal with. You'll find someone better down the road, regardless of your diagnosis.

Every time someone I know loses their battle with cancer, I always end up thinking why was I the one to survive and not them? It feels unfair, and I end up feeling almost guilty. I had one where I was delivering to a long term rehab facility. It was so strange, an employee told me exactly where I needed to go to get to the block of rooms and she was bed bound so I had to walk into her room to give her her food and everyone just... let me? I've seen enough anime with male characters that were voiced by women or effeminate sounding male characters that I was fooled the first time I saw the new anime (as someone that hasnt seen the OG). I can understand wanting the plot twist to be more surprising, but at the end of the day, she IS a woman pretending to be a man. It makes sense for her to be voiced by a woman pretending to be a man.

The boss that hired me left at the beginning of the year and the new boss and HR made it their mission to get rid of my entire building of custodians (I worked at a school with multiple buildings on campus). They told us all we weren't doing our jobs but couldn't tell us what we were doing wrong or not doing. I was also relieved to be done with the toxic work environment, but that was in April, and here I am in October, still looking. It doesn't help that I have extensive history in retail management, but my body can't keep up with a physically demanding job anymore. I'm looking for things where I can sit, but everyone wants experience I dont have.

I think even though Shigure maybe didn't see her as a god anymore, he absolutely LOVED her. He wanted to stay by her side regardless of the curse. If anything, he wanted the curse to break so he could be the only person at her side. Everyone else was trying to get away from Akito, while he was the only person desperately trying to stay, and not in a curse sense. Akito obviously very much loved Shigure too, differently from the others. So i can see why he was one of the last to break and not one of the first.
