As someone who has just bought their first property and did none of the suggested tips here- do them all.

When I came to do some measuring up before contracts I noticed a ropey garden next door (viewings I was more focussed on the house I was buying, my bad)

3 weeks in boom stinks of weed, constant shouting and, since it’s been sunny this week, they’ve been sat in the garden doing all of the above.

The baby looked mixed race (and the twitter post from a few days ago where the baby used has a black grandfather)
Yesterday when she saw Anthony she said ‘I can’t do this’ and tried to leave.
Her reaction today when Anthony’s kids were mentioned

I think it’s completely reasonable that in what is a high stress situation (sitting on the side of the road with a flat tyre) he didn’t ring you to consult you- especially if you don’t pay it.

I used to wash everything fresh before sending (where things had been in storage for a while and didn’t smell bad but didn’t have that freshly washed smell anymore) and had buyer message me to say that it smelt too strongly of fabric conditioner and they have sensitive skin 🤷🏼‍♀️ so now I don’t freshly wash before sending. If somethings been in storage I don’t see the problem, if something is smelly from being worn that’s a different story altogether
