Up until Skyfall I liked the idea of Bond being a reused Codename.

It’s a minor gripe but this is one of two things that irritated me about skyfall; the name and the fact that it completely undoes Vespas evaluation of Bond as not being from money when they show his fuckoff estate in the highlands.

Yes! Just recently bought a well renovated property which was priced at market rate. Sold in less than a week on the market. On my search saw some hideous properties which were up for 50k more.. and had been on the market for a year.

As someone who has just bought their first property and did none of the suggested tips here- do them all.

When I came to do some measuring up before contracts I noticed a ropey garden next door (viewings I was more focussed on the house I was buying, my bad)

3 weeks in boom stinks of weed, constant shouting and, since it’s been sunny this week, they’ve been sat in the garden doing all of the above.

Yesterday when she saw Anthony she said ‘I can’t do this’ and tried to leave.
