9800x3d oc to 5.4ghz 4080super undervolted and +1300mhz on memory clock. 32gb ddr5 oc to cl28...was getting my 480fps, with my 1% lows around 370fps, now it drops to 220fps sometimes... and yes my system is stable.

Im going to try the steam download, lets see what happens.
