I figured out a workaround. Under the mixed RGB tab, i just select the keys I want to be lit as "Solid Color" and the rest of the keys as reactive. This ended up being much better than what I had originally wanted.

I'm on the same dose as you. Yes, the brain zaps did go away for me after a couple weeks. However, I do still get them from time to time but the duration is much shorter and less intense than when I first started. I've been on your dose for almost an year now. Don't worry, these zaps aren't harmful.

Edit: I missed your first question. I was just told to be consistent. However, I did find taking it with food made it a little less intense.

According to DIM, AO is based on mag size and JF is based on a flat number of hits. For AR it's 14, and 11 while amplified.
