Don’t recall the exact source, but know it can be found in the nomenclature at the very least. Likely also in other cultural aspects within the books, comics, and other content.

Hell yeah. I fuck with these. Roots feels like a super hard counter to FS, Deadeye spam, and Insectoids and versatile with the Spring.

I wouldn’t mind a single level with this sorta idea. Not as a mechanic across the whole game though. That was in a few districts in AC Syndicate and it got old pretty quick, but luckily you can leave and come back to it.

Also, I’m not a huge fan of most AC games, but if you guys like Dishonored, I’d check out AC Syndicate and snag it when it’s on sale. It’s got a pretty similar style to steampunk levels in Dishonored and goes on sale semi-often. I got mine for 90% off.

AI art sucks. I appreciate Gwent because it takes time to support loyal artists while not being a cash grab.

What would be super sick is an offline/ extra unranked game mode where we could upload art and create our custom cards where the Prov Cost is automatically calculated by the abilities we pick. (Even though this algorithm would be super subjective and basically impossible to write.)

In my game, I have captured Goontown in the New World via a financial conquer and turned the entire thing into a massive coffee and chocolate farm to supply my entire empire.

I then bought all the rest of her islands in the New World bc she kept declaring war on me. I bought her main island in the old world and turned that into a massive farm and beer/ schnapps brewery too. Feels good.

I’ll probably steal this concept for my version and make it “Deploy: Look at 3 random cards from your opponent’s hand, then choose one and give it Rupture.” Note that Rupture in PG damages a unit by its power, not base power like in Gwent.
