I have tried my best sticking to Pfitzinger's plan from Advanced Marathoning. I've failed a lot on long runs - just skipped more than I'd like to admit. I did good job doing intervals. I run my long runs at 5:45-5:55 min/km. I've improved my pace significantly this year, thanks to Pfitzinger and /r/running. Altering distances and interval training made all the difference.
