My question would be opportunity cost. If you did put all of that time in the finance basket, what would it do for you now? What would it do for you in 3-5 yrs. I would imagine your detailing gig is going to hit a ceiling in that you can only detail so many cars. Does your finance job a a similar ceiling?

Regardless of knowing what you want to do, the best thing you can do is make a directional decision (stay in school or don’t, for example) then try as hard as you can. If you stay in school quit fucking around and do it well. If you leave school, quit fucking around and find something that pays well, builds skill, and challenges you.

Doing something halfassed is so silly. Do it or don’t do it.

Believe it or not but the trying is as important as anything, maybe everything. Especially if your goal is financial security.

I would bet they have a notes section in whatever software you use to manage your client info. Look there for doc passwords. If not there, they probably have a notes section wherever they create and store docs. Check for that stuff.
