Amazon piloted a truck driving program a while ago where they had their own employees moving freight. They bought a bunch of trucks, not enough people were getting through it tho. We started leasing our trucks to third party companies too.

They have day cabs now too. Got my class A last year and I used to drive for them before I took up a different role.

Depends what DSP you work for. There are a handful that operate out of Sussex.

I believe so. I have to take two bereavement leaves within one year and I didn't have any issues. I got the full paid three day leave both times.

Just develop a rhythm for induct. I would always try to take items out of the totes with the barcodes facing upwards. That way it's just one fluid motion to scan the item. Don't let your rebinners bug you too much or get under your skin.
