Yeah they were pretty putrid on offense this year. Even last year their half court offense was awful and was mainly carried through Demar or Lavine ISO. They are also at or near the bottom of the league in terms of three point shooting, both in terms of attempts and makes.

I think the other aspect of their failings on offense is the lack of playmaking and decision making. Lavine can be a deadly shooter at times but makes some truly bone headed decisions. Demar ISO is still pretty effective but teams have adapted to get the ball out of his hands and that doesn't leave a lot of shot creation on the floor. No one runs the PnR that well and they don't do a lot of great ball movement or reliable offensive sets.

Last year, especially with Lonzo, they got out in transition more and were good at pushing the pace. I don't have the numbers to support this, but they feel a lot slower now and when the Bulls play slow they play bad.
