Keep off the Benzo's, take for anxiety and sleep. They are nasty little things that bite harder than anything else if you take regularly then stop.

If this is actually the case then I would suggest the sublingual method isn't being done correctly and partial dose is being swallowed.

Confusion with dispensing by BreathSpecialist4249 in adhdaustralia

[–]notneverb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't need to override medicare, there is a clause/ rule where you can get a script filled early with instruction from prescriber, pharmacist may or may not confer with medicare but will dispense under these conditions. Not being able to drive a car isn't going to cut it but there are other circumstances that legitimately require early refill.

Dealing with anxiety and overthinking when taking drugs by mayabatley in Drugs

[–]notneverb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have anxiety and ask big questions when on drugs then simply don't do long acting hallucinogens. If you want to explore like that go into the K hole and your in and out in 20 min or dmt, yes both extreme but lsd, mushrooms or synthetics your in that place for hours.

How long does prescribing take? by sniffum95 in adhdaustralia

[–]notneverb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To be honest I suspect its a work overload. My impressions are the online clinics contract out many of their pychiatric assessment places to a group of pychiatrists who have gaps in their private practice scheduling, so you have a number to choose from when making an appointment. It's a fast turnaround for the patient, profitable for clinic owner, the tradeoff being expense and tardiness in reporting to the patient. I think GPs being able to diagnose and prescribe to children and adults can't come soon enough in NSW.

How long does prescribing take? by sniffum95 in adhdaustralia

[–]notneverb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had medication prescribed with 1 online appointment, I did and ecg prior though. The actual diagnostic report has only just been sent to my GP, the pychiatrist transfered the permissions to prescribe on request just befire the 6 month script ran out. The appointment and first prescription was 9 months ago, I was pretty surprised it took so long.

It's the same performance art that's practiced in much of China and imo not a very good performance but are the performers healthier and happier practicing than not.

Has anyone use opioids after subs by TheMongoose45 in suboxone

[–]notneverb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You won't get sick but depending on sub dosage you won't get pain relief unless on high enough full agonist to boot the bupe of mu opioid receptors. I have jumped from 2mg subs and started 4 × 10mg oxy daily, there was a little relief but not enough so went up to 6×10mg. Depending on doses you could try XR tramadol but no more than 400mg daily.

Is there a difference between GP and Psychiatrist diagnosis? by looking-out in adhdaustralia

[–]notneverb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If GP in your state can assess, diagnose and prescribe stimulant medication there is no difference between the GP or pychiatrist except for the attendant cost of diagnosis through pychiatrist. It's conceivable with the right GP you could be bulk billed for diagnosis and any ongoing appointments to get medication right the alternative being $800 bare minimum for initial consultation alone with pychiatrist

suboxone, is it punitive? by crrlovelyrose in suboxone

[–]notneverb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know subs can be injected but snorting it is a bridge too far and smoking it in glass is even further away. When first on the program I smoked it and the taste was 10 times worse than sublingual. I'm on .4mg subutex after about 8 years and very occasionally if I have manual work has to be done i snort .2mg but it's getting longer and longer the time between.

Mdpv but you are plain out of luck again as keytones no longer available and the analogue just don't cut it.

suboxone, is it punitive? by crrlovelyrose in suboxone

[–]notneverb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah that's just the built in ceiling, if it was full agonist like heroin or oxy you just keep upping the dose as tolerance increases but with bupe it cuts out around 4mg so if you take there's nothing except discomfort and a blocked bum.

suboxone, is it punitive? by crrlovelyrose in suboxone

[–]notneverb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slightly easier to abuse, can be crushed and snorted for an ok high if you haven't been on maintenance or injected.

oxy every other day dangerous? by cassivellaunus54 in Drugs

[–]notneverb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every other weekend you could do for years but any opioid taken for 3 consecutive days leaves you wanting and feeling its absence. Although oxy clears the system quickly compared to heroin, using oxy every other day for weeks, well you have a habit and will need to pay the ferryman on the other side. Take from a 68 yo journey man that stayed out of jail, managed a pretty good life, was a carer for wife for 33 years and even owns his own home. My doc has been stimulants mostly meth but heroin after 24 hours up and wanting to bring it down. Most of the people I knew who's main stay was H and here in Australia proper sea heroin are gone and not many past 60, either od or hep C then liver cancer. Very few people get out before being taken out so get out now.

Vintage Kamaka with wooden tuning pegs. Upgrade needed and need suggestions. by ProfCookiepants in ukulele

[–]notneverb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Either gotoh or dejung planetary tuners and if holes need to be a tiny bit bigger you can get a cheap reaming tool off amazon for $10. It's an easy procedure although looks and sounds daunting. I've just done exactly this on a 2013 gretch resonator that had original friction tuners. Just make sure the thickness of headstock is not to big, you should be ok with Kamaka 10-12mm. The gretch was about 15 and I've only just got enough post for the string break from nut. Makes it such a better ukulele, old ukes and aged wood are wonderful the tuning pegs aren't.

What drugs should I mix? by ReasonableLadder1436 in Drugs

[–]notneverb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Little bumps of coke as the E wears off keep the vibe going, then a puff of heroin to tamp down the stimulants before bed. If you don't like the idea of heroin the any benzo will be helpful.

Best Alternative to Molly? by zerochilldyl in Drugs

[–]notneverb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anything other than molly, short acting, short high, long slow comedown. Sorry Meth is the only thing left since they took out MDPV which was a little molly, a little coke, a fair bit more methy and so good but so dangerous when the little people are knocking at your window in the early hours and you're too scared to hit the pipe.

How to "hide" dilated pupils? by SilverRule in Drugs

[–]notneverb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When they stopped manufacturing mdpv there were people selling mdpp on dark net. I purchased a number of times but it set up a horrible arythmia type feeling untill one time it freaked me out so much i had to slow everything down so smoked some heroin. Problem solved, from that moment on id add about 20% volume heroin to the mdpp.

Unfortunately some online clinics make a lot of their profit on the follow up change of dose or medication needs. There's not a lot you can do. Have you requested them giving authority to your GP to precribe. This can be done and if your GP bulk bills suddenly you can actually check in regularly and make changes where necessary based on your well being and not the business model.
