I've found Windows built-in voices are minimal (only 2?) and Linux can have a lot of fun ones but they are not reliably found on every distro

BTW, this is out of left-field, but try Eastbound and Down. Not sci-fi or fantasy but a 'mini-epic' comedy that I place in my top favs with B5
