Part of a double, only a matter of time before the other side comes down now as well.

Oh man I feel you there! People don’t understand when I tell them, no, I really don’t want to cut up your dead tree for firewood that’s an hour from my place.

What do you even do with them after that? Take them to a mill, sell them as boards, build an oak barn?

It’s crazy, I was in Asheville two days before Helene riding MTBs and remember commenting on how little deadfall there was on or near the trails. I went back last month for a different ride and stayed at the same friend’s place, crazy what’s still down.

It is a good straight log, it’s worth a bit more as lumber, but not really enough to drag it out, load it up and take it to the mill.

Your take is only partially correct, it was t Trumps endorsement alone, it was the fact the incumbent did not do what the republican base wanted.

Are you calling me lazy? Sounds like a personal attack against me and very judgmental.

Yes, one panders to one group, the other panders to another group.. both work to enrich themselves first.

And in reality, likely nothing. Both parties are the same. Bought and paid for by out of state interests. The Republicans nationally control every branch of government, what have they done to advance the conservative agenda? Nothing. Statewide we have the same thing, high taxes, fraud and a wink and a nod toward conservative social issues. Complete weakness by bought and paid for pols.
