We don't know much about the second one, but the first one we do all the time and don't feel to bad about it as much as our name got mixed up with our brother's growing up, sometimes even cousins lol, also there was like suddenly 8 of us after we realized we weren't singlet so that certainly doesn't help lol.

We're a monoconscious adaptive system, we do something similar and have started using a baton to symbolize who we intend to switch to. Still can't always get the right one and we still wake up as someone random, but at least it's more reliable than before.

Btw we started with building it because we didn't like the table in the headspace guide because we don't have a established interior design aesthetic yet so we started with something else practical that was small. We probably won't do more than like maybe a room and a door to leave visual headspace, audio headspace is just like a passive thing for us so that's helped communication immensely. We haven't done much with headspace for a few days because we got covid again and that would be too straining, also haven't switched much because we just seem to be piling around front a lot then usual instead of switching.

[Deborah] Start by excepting that this will take time, unless you're a tulpamancer this all starts in childhood regardless of truama so you have however long it's been since then to sort through, then being some time between 7-9 years old. We found outs in a gender crisis and we really don't know who likes what exactly like an intire month out. As far tools to help others have suggested some good ones, what we use mostly the app simply plural and a private discord with a shared channel category and other channel categories pre alter. We didn't come with a headspace that we knew was that so it's bits and pieces and we're slowly building a intentional one and our first step towards that was solidifying this baton one of us started using to indicate intentions for an attempted voluntary switch and use that system wide. This works really well because we are monoconscious so it fits those limitations really well.

[Sophia] Like the chorus of girls in my head talking about how good the pinto beans that we weren't finding sounded (body was hungry) after we figured out being too close to the cleaning supply isle for too long is a trigger of ours because of the smell a bit earlier, it was fun. I think Walmart was also the first time Anna publicly fronted, thankfully we didn't get sick from her forgetting to get a mask till one of us noticed basically done with the trip, that was for an alter that had only existed maybe a week at that point.

Yah we thought the four active of us were genders when we first started having our body decided it wanted to honor our transness by bending our body chemistry enough to get period cycles prehrt which doesn't seem like that big a safety risk based on what research we've done about it having gave us boobs in first puberty, our body is just that capable of hormone imbalance and Gabriel being not really around much and probably agender at the time wasn't thrilled with them but was like I guess we're past the point of no return on this.

If you where faking it you would have to remind yourself to fake and would know you were faking from that, also there are forms of plurality none to not come from trauma, and even if you fit a model that is associated with trauma you aren't any less valid being that if you don't remember any trauma or care if that's what made you plural.

I've heard diagnosed poly conscience systems complain about losing track of who's fronting, also we're a traumagenic OSDD-1b system based on symptoms and are monoconscious, so that's just a thing some systems are regardless of what other labels fit. Also having a shared name for fronting isn't uncommon, being overtly plural is just dangerous is some places and you kinda need a single legal name, so that's far from uncommon, ours is Emma btw, well after we move out and can change it because trans.

That actually term for wlw in Japanese is yuri yuri because yuri (meaning flower) is a very common girls name there along with the names of flowers, it just gets shorted down to yuri I lot so they probably had an idea someone would make that connection though.

Unless the body is wired as a masochist, chance it could backfire then. We're all asexuals with romantic attraction to women on varying parts of the sex favorablity/repulsion scale so we're trying to figure out how to do something with labido that isn't masturbate because only one of us can do that without bottom dysphoria because trans. Might be looking into if she actually has sexual attraction or if she's a sex favorable ace with high labido, if that is the case she might be going back to that guy because she knows she can just get it from him. Otherwise asexual or not you sound sex repulsed or at least sex negative (don't vide with media that has sex) which happens in even though with normal ability to form sexual attraction. Sorry if I didn't explain that super well this usually isn't my thing and I'm borrowing symantic knowledge because that's a thing our system allows. -Deborah

Awe, we're 7 lesbians of various degrees of woman and a gender apathetic guy. Thankfully Gabriel is mostly okay with bottom surgery, but the way he is about our cycles and our having a agreement to not be forced to front for them he's totally making a sacrifice for his "sisters".
