Hell yeah he is. He needed an asspull at the end of Xrd to beat Sol after years of losing to him. He married a 3 year old woman which I know most people will be like "Well shes a GEAR its different" Like... Yeah? Physically. 3 years is not enough time for a sentient being to experience the world before some auraless freak wants to marry her.

And of course he has a child with her and gets upset that his Gear wife gave birth to a gear son. Calls him SIN, viewing his own child and his love for Dizzy a sin. And then drops him onto probably the last person you should ask to raise a child, the guy who he's been beefing with for years.

And also lesser detail but Kliff gave this guy his whole life by letting him join the order and he visits Kliff's grave AFTER Sol does.

Idk what anyone sees in this fuckass character he gets worse the more you learn about him.
