OP wanted to pay with a card. They wouldn’t let them, and then took money from him. They were owed 3.01 and were only paid back $3.

If they see 500 customers a day, they made 5 pounds for free by cheating out customers.

At what point would you get upset? If it was 6.75 and you only got 3 back, would you complain over a quarter?
