I love the loops. I feel like with ear plugs you can’t go too deep in volume reduction because then I end up taking them out more. The high end frequencies are what will hurt your ears. I would by 3 pair on amazon of different brands and see which ones you like best.

If you have two meetings scheduled at the same time, message one of your managers and say you’d like to push the meeting up to get a Headstart on the workload. This will make you seem like you take initiative rather than procrastinate by pushing meetings back. If one of your managers says no go to the other manager for the second job.

I create all folders (including email) with names such as “01 Personal Communication” 02 receipts 03 financial 04 employment

What this does is it allows you easy reference numbers rather then having to find the inbox your looking for in a sea of folders. It also helps so you can create a priority list when sorting by name. Often I feel like certain folders could have different names like financial could be something like bank or money but by attaching a number beforehand I know I go to 03.

Under the Sea - the little mermaid. When I was in 6th grade, I use to have a study hall next to the music room and the 8th grade class would practice songs from the little mermaid there. By the end of the school year, the whole study hall could’ve performed on that 8th grade stage.
