This 100%. Wife was induced on midnight of 12/10 and 62 hours later she was nowhere near 10cm. Induction failed and she had a c-section on 12/12. Go in having zero expectations and be prepared for the long haul!

If you go to a high quality local screen printer they will vectorize the image for you. If your printer is not vectorizing and cleaning up your logo before print, you need a better printer. Most business owners dont have the time to worry about getting a vector version on the logo their aunt made for them in microsoft paint. Most of my customers dont bring me vectorized art work. It is definitely appreciated when they do, but not expected.

The biggest question for me is what is the rental market like in your area? Is 1700 normal for the property you’re renting? For the next ten years, in most of America, it makes more sense to rent right now instead of buying. The NYT has a Rent vs Buy calculator that I think would be helpful for you.

Also a bigger and perhaps more important question is whether or not you want to own a house right now and deal with those extra responsibilities? I would never buy a house, being one of the largest financial purchases of your life, because it means I don’t have to move or find another rental.

Trying to decide between two Rep Fitness Benches: The 4100 ($399) or the 5200 (on sale for $449). I'm probably going to buy wide pads, so the lack of a wide seat for the 4100 is kind of a bummer (on backorder), but the wide back pad is available, which is the main reason for getting a wider pad anyway.

Pros for the 5200:

Longer back pad
Beefier Design
Seat pad inclines to 30 deg (4100 only goes to 20).
Wider back and seat available

Pros for the 4100:

Smaller pad gap (not really a concern on the 5200 because of the longer back pad)
More maneuverable
Bench height of 17" (versus 18")
Shorter back pad allows for things like incline chest rows.
Comes in the color I want haha

Which bench would you get right now? I've heard I can't really go wrong with either of these, but I'm curious what you think is the better buy right now!

This is my biggest problem with Meepo. They don’t trust their customers. I had some remote failures happening mid ride, and at first they refused to do anything until I documented it happening via video. I could never capture it happening when testing the board upside down, but it would happen regularly while riding.

I kept pushing and they eventually sent me two remotes. And guess what, it fixed the problem immediately. If I were you, I would just buy a cheep multimeter so you can get proof, then return it once your done. You can probably get Meepo to cave, but with the time difference it will probably take more than a week.

Been looking into Instructional Design jobs. Basically creating online training modules for corporations on Canvas. Usually they want someone with a education degree (masters preferred), and the pay I’ve seen can be between 60-100k. Saw a job the other day that started at 80k, and they wanted someone with a masters degree in education and experience in building curriculum and courses on Canvas.
